Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

The Blue Company (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable privacy laws.

Information we collect

When you submit a consultation request, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Your name, job title, business email address, and phone number
  • Your company name, industry, approximate size, and business location
  • The services you are interested in and a description of your workforce challenges
  • Your preferred contact method and your consent to this policy

Please do not include sensitive personal information about individual employees (such as health, disciplinary, or compensation details for named people) in the form. We can discuss those matters through appropriate channels once an engagement is in place.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes. The workforce opportunity estimator runs entirely in your browser; figures you enter into it are not stored or transmitted.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation
  • To understand your business needs and prepare relevant proposals
  • To maintain records of our communications with you
  • To protect the website against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes without your consent.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify, which acts as our service provider. Netlify may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Submissions may be screened by automated spam-filtering services. Access to submissions is limited to people at The Blue Company who need it to respond to you.

We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, or meet legal obligations, and then securely delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, call us at 289-889-2786 or email thebluecompanybussinesinquiry@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it was most recently revised.
